With a background in economics, I have 20 years of experience as a senior electricity policy and regulatory expert.
My expertise is in economic regulation, incentive design, tariff frameworks and investment policy. I have experience translating complex legislative and regulatory developments into clear advocacy positions and actionable industry guidance.
I’ve supported and worked for regulators, companies, research centres and industrial associations across the UK, Ireland, the European Union, Oman, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia and Panama.
