I help clients develop evidence-based transport policies and sustainable mobility strategies that improve transport systems and support sustainable development.

I’ve led international projects across Europe, Asia and Africa, addressing challenges ranging from climate transition and urban mobility to institutional reform and transport governance. My experience spans policy and regulatory analysis, socio-economic assessment, international benchmarking, programme delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Before joining CPCS, I spent seven years at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), leading projects with national governments, ministries, development banks and international organizations. Most recently, I worked as a sustainable mobility consultant, supporting policy research and international benchmarking across emerging markets in Asia.

I speak English, French, and Hindi.
