Key points:

CPCS, an employee-owned company with global reach

More than 50% of our workforce holds shares in the company, a defining feature of our governance and culture since 1996. As employee-shareholders, it’s how we chart our path, work towards more satisfying business goals, and make CPCS a company we enjoy belonging to.

Share ownership forms part of CPCS’s Total Compensation Package. Team members who demonstrate strong performance, deep engagement, and commitment to CPCS’s development, may be offered equity. Employee-shareholders are realizing an average 20 per cent annual return on equity.

Becoming Partner of a global infrastructure advisory firm
