Among the nation’s best workplaces with fewer than 500 employees for the fourth consecutive year, CPCS sets the standard for management consulting employers.
CPCS, a global advisor working across the transportation, energy, and infrastructure sectors, has been recognized as a top employer among Canada’s small and medium enterprises (SME). In a labour market where top talent has options—and expectations—CPCS is once again standing out.

Why CPCS keeps making the list
Canada’s Top Small and Medium Employers competition recognizes organizations that go beyond surface‑level perks to deliver real workplace quality and long‑term career value.
Four years in a row doesn’t happen by accident. It happens by design.
- Flexible “CPCS days” policy: CPCS allows employees to swap up to 12 statutory holidays for days of importance to them, to a maximum of two per month.
- Hybrid work arrangements: CPCS encourages employees to work at least two days per week in-office and provides $150 annually for at-home office equipment.
- Family-friendly policies: CPCS supports its new mothers (including adoptive) with maternity and parental leave top-up payments, to 70 per cent of salary for 16 weeks. CPCS also subsidizes family expenses for employees who travel, offering $50 per day or $500 per month for childcare.
