CPCS appoints external directors Amina Gerba and Muriel McGrath to its board

Global infrastructure consulting firm CPCS and its board members welcome external directors Amina Gerba, Cameroonian-Canadian businesswoman, entrepreneur and philanthropist and Muriel McGrath, infrastructure executive and business owner.
“Amina and Muriel add breadth and depth to our board as we continue to expand our services in complex global markets,” says CPCS co-Managing Partner Marc-André Roy. “They bring strong complementarity perspectives to our governance and strategic planning.”
