Iarnród Éireann evaluated candidates on financial standing, technical capability and relevant experience. This gives Iarnród Éireann direct access to CPCS’s advisory services in the rail sector.
CPCS qualified across seven areas of capability:

- System integration and safety assurance
- Rolling stock
- Commercial and contractual management services
- Rail operations
- Environmental and sustainability consulting
- Financial and regulatory advisory, auditing, human resources, corporate and project governance, dispute resolution and related services
The pre-qualification with Irish Rail reflects both the depth of CPCS’s rail expertise and our ability to provide integrated, end-to-end support across the lifecycle of rail projects, from early-stage planning through to operations and governance.
