Welcome to the CPCS team!

Help us to prepare your bio and headshot in time for your first day by completing the form below. Please aim to submit your bio information on or before your first day. 

If you have any questions or would prefer to submit your bio as an attachment, please email communications@cpcs.ca.

  • Enter first and last name
  • Include relevant information such as what you do at CPCS, your experience, your areas of expertise, etc.
  • List your post-secondary education beginning with the name of the degree or diploma, the school where it was obtained, and the country where the school is located.
  • List 3 fun things to get to know you. Have you travelled to several different countries? Do you have a unique interest? What do you like to do outside of work?
  • If relevant, list any publications or certifications you'd like to include in your bio.
  • Please upload a copy of your headshot as a png or jpeg image. Refer to the headshot guidelines at the top of the page for more guidance.
