Elizabeth Drake

Elizabeth is a Principal Consultant and oversees climate change advisory work at CPCS. She has almost 20 years of consulting experience in the transportation and infrastructure sectors, covering projects related to freight and passenger transport strategy and planning, decarbonization and e-mobility, infrastructure governance and financing.

Nick Roberts

Nick is a senior consultant specializing in transportation and infrastructure. At CPCS, he’s worked on sustainable-focused projects with cities, municipalities, and transit agencies across Canada. Nick has supported many clients in the transition to lower carbon emission technologies, particularly for fleet transition.
