Design of cargo logistics facility along with suggestive Business and Operational model for Multi Modal Logistics Park (MMLP) at Kathuwas

Container Corporation of India (CONCOR)

CPCS undertook the feasibility assessment of setting up bulk and break bulk cargo facilities on approximately 50 acres (20 hectares) of land through Public Private Partnership (PPP), for CONCOR to leverage the Private Freight Terminal policy of Indian Railways (IR). CPCS assessed the traffic profile, suggested efficient ways to handle identified commodities, and performed a financial assessment of the facilities’ development.
