Chelsea Gurr
Senior Consultant, Infrastructure Analytics
Chelsea has over five years of experience developing and analyzing transportation data using GIS and spatial data analytics. Her areas of expertise are goods movement and commodity freight flows.
Chelsea has worked with public and private sector clients in Canada and internationally and across all modes of transport.
During her time at CPCS, she has gained a comprehensive understanding of both U.S. and Canadian commodity databases.
Chelsea is currently working on her Master’s degree in Planning at the University of Waterloo.
