Jean-François is a management consultant unlocking value from infrastructure projects for Canadian clients.
Jean-François is an economist with six years of experience in public policy and field research. Prior to joining CPCS, he spent two years working on a randomized controlled experiment studying the effects of urbanization on economic development in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Prior to this, he held several positions in the federal public service providing strategic advice and economic analysis on a range of complex issues.
