Julia supports economic and industry analysis, literature reviews and policy and public agency considerations related to freight activities and innovation.
Prior to joining CPCS, Julia delved into several policy areas while studying at the University of Virginia’ Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy. In her final year, she worked with a small team to consult with local philanthropists seeking to support early childhood care and education. The team developed an informative report with next step recommendations for clients to invest in early childhood services for low income Virginia residents.
