I specialize in transportation planning, and at CPCS I focus on freight transportation in urban areas and city centers, with an emphasis on mitigating the impact of this transportation on communities.
I have a background in civil engineering and transportation planning. Before joining CPCS, I led the Freight Program at the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission, where I supported public- and private-sector partners in strategically planning for a safe, efficient, and resilient freight network.
With extensive experience in multimodal freight planning, I’ve led studies to integrate supply chains, land use and zoning policy, new technologies, and community needs into the transportation planning process. My passion for developing resilient and sustainable freight systems drives my multi-disciplinary approach.
