Nassirou is an infrastructure economist specializing in traffic engineering, transportation planning, and economic and financial feasibility studies of transportation infrastructure projects.

His expertise extends to different modes, including highways, ports, railways, urban transport, and the energy sector.

Nassirou has carried out field studies and handled missions and projects validation in North African and Sub-saharan African Countries.
