Ragheb’s specialty is the management and delivery of programs, projects and bids across the transport sector, notably rail and bus.
He’s worked in Canada, the UK and Kenya, and has close to 10 years of experience in risk and issues management, change management as well as process mapping and improvements.
Ragheb was named in the UK’s Passenger Transport’s 40 under 40: Transport leaders for the 2020s.

Bachelor of Science with Honours, Sport and Exercise Science, Brighton University, UK
Fun facts:
- Grew up in Kenya and helped relocate a 10-month-old male reticulated endangered giraffe called Moli to the Lewa Wildlife Conservancy
- A former professional cricketer and world record holder, Ragheb is Kenya’s youngest International Cricket Captain
- Has a love for Afghan and Turkomen handmade carpets, enjoys cooking (and eating!) and pencil-sketching
