U.S.: The Institute for Trade and Transportation Studies (ITTS) refreshes image, website with help from CPCS
The Institute’s new website gives its members and industry stakeholders access to a large body of research and publications focused on freight movement analyses and planning for the public sector.
CPCS helped the multi-state freight coalition refresh its image, build a new website and consolidate its content into one useful library that includes over 780 tools and resources.
This makeover is part of a strategic initiative to help make the coalition a stronger and more visible regional leader in multimodal freight planning and research. ITTS is comprised of 10 state departments of transportation, which are: Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, South Carolina, Texas, and Virginia.
The ITTS is a non-profit state corporation that fosters regional collaboration among its Members and leads freight planning in the Southeast by: providing research and information concerning freight trends and freight planning; developing effective freight planning tools and procedures; and partnering with and nurturing collaborative relationships with relevant organizations and stakeholders.
