Basic analytical information
We don’t use data to trace website visits back to individuals. You can use our website without giving us any personal information. If you are one of our anonymous visitors, please note that we may still record certain basic analytical information.
This includes the type of browser, device, time zone, most viewed web pages, what websites or search terms referred you to our website. We do not collect IP addresses.
We collect basic analytical information through cookies and Google Analytics for all sorts of useful things.
Cookies are useful to:
- Improve and optimize website design
- Understand how visitors use a website
- Remembering preference settings
Google Analytics is Google’s web and traffic analytics tool. CPCS uses this third party tool to collect statistical information about the use of our website such as number of visits, their duration and socio-demographic data such as language and country location.
What about contact information?
Personal information collected is, but not limited to, when you subscribe to our newsletter, for a webinar, submitting a contact form, call us, write or email us. Contact information may include your name, title, company name, email address, phone number and mailing address to name a few.
If, for example, you ask us for marketing material, subscribe to our mailing list or give us your business card, we will keep your contact information in a database so that we can contact you in the future. If you don’t want this, please tell us and we will remove your name.
Email messages sent by CPCS will give you the opportunity to update your contact details and mailing list preferences or unsubscribe from our mailing lists altogether.
We use a number of third-party service providers to manage our data collection. This includes tools such has, but not limited to, surveys, recruiting, newsletters and webinars. For example, we may use Eventbrite, Lanteria or SurveyMonkey.

Who receives the data collected by CPCS?
Our third party service providers receive all sorts of data. Data related to job applications, email and webinar subscriptions, surveys or website analytics is automatically stored by third parties.
Recruiting at CPCS
We do not ask for personal information that is not required. Providing us with required personal data only is a condition of potential and/or continued employment at CPCS. If you do not wish to provide any personal data, you will not be able to work at CPCS.
CPCS may thoroughly investigate your work experience, education and personal history by verifying the data given in the application for employment, related papers or oral interviews.
