Amy Langhorne

Amy spent close to 28 years with global employee-owned engineering firm Golder, where she held various consulting, leadership and governance roles, including as global Lead Director of Golder’s Board of Directors.

As a Director with Golder, Amy oversaw its global operations across both advanced and emerging economies, including in Africa. She was notably the Lead Director of Golder when it was acquired by WSP in 2021.

Amy is also a director and the Board Chair of The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award – Canada and holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors. Amy is a Project Management Professional (PMP), and she also holds a master’s degree in watershed ecosystems from Trent University.
