I’m an expert in project sponsorship, governance and assurance and in management of major transport projects.
My experience spans Canada, the US, the UK, Australia, and I’ve worked on a variety of complex projects including two new railways in the UK.
Author of a book on how to sponsor projects, I’ve led major complex projects in transport and urban regeneration using deep commercial knowledge and executive experience in sponsoring, governing, and leading assurance reviews.
Before joining CPCS I held senior executive roles in the UK and internationally as Vice President and National Head of Sponsorship in public sector transport organizations, where I was accountable for investments in the multi-billions. I have peer reviewed and assured several major programs and projects, focusing on achieving benefits through open dialogue and behavioural observations as enablers of good governance.
