As co-CEO, alongside Jean-Francois Arsenault, I’m responsible for CPCS’s global strategy and operations.
Since 2018, I’ve guided the development of the CPCS platform, team, and impact. As a consultant, I’ve led more than 250 assignments in the transportation sector for both public and private sector clients in North America, Asia, South America, the Middle East, and the Caribbean. My expertise is in transportation infrastructure strategic planning, policy, governance, investment, and related advisory services.

- I spend time in the Gatineau Park or nearby forests just about every weekend
- I get up at 5:15 a.m. most weekdays to run along Ottawa’s Rideau Canal
- I started playing piano at 37 and try to practice daily
