I have over 20 years of experience in operational leadership, performance optimization, and strategic execution across the global logistics and port infrastructure sectors as well as aeronautical and defense industries.
I drive operational excellence, improve asset and workforce productivity, and deliver complex programs in demanding, safety-critical environments. My expertise spans terminal operations, maintenance and asset management, digital systems, and large-scale infrastructure platforms, with a consistent focus on delivering measurable performance improvements and sustainable growth in complex, multi-stakeholder contexts.
Before joining CPCS, I was co-owner and Chief Executive Officer of MILLE407, a global port and maritime advisory firm which was acquired by CPCS in 2026.
In this role, I advised port authorities, private operators, investors, and public institutions on:
- acquisitions and concessions
- operational diagnostics
- automation and digitalization (Terminal Operating System, Project Control System, Computerized Maintenance Management System/Enterprise Resource Planning),
- crisis recovery, and
- large-scale transformation initiatives.
My professional experience spans Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Americas, across both the public- and private-sectors. My cross-disciplinary background, integrating engineering, maintenance, IT systems, safety, organizational design, and executive leadership, enables me to operate effectively across diverse regulatory, contractual, and cultural environments.
I’m fluent in both English and French and speak basic Spanish.

Fun facts:
- Speak three languages, but not Welsh, my native language
- I’ve worked extensively in both France and the UK, and I now look forward to discovering more of Canada through my work with CPCS
- Playing rugby took a toll on my body, but I still love the game – now I just watch from my couch or at the pub (particularly when Wales is playing!)
