Nicholas Roberts
Associate Vice President - Goods Movement, Ports & Marine
Nicholas (Nick), is an associate vice president of goods movement, ports and marine. He specializes in transportation and infrastructure projects with a background in engineering and finance.
He’s worked on sustainable-focused projects in multi-modal passenger and freight transportation with cities, municipalities, port authorities and transit agencies across Canada.
Among his accomplishments:
- Supported the transition to lower carbon emission technologies, including studies on climate adaptation and decarbonizing long-haul trucking
- Lead successful grant funding applications on behalf of clients, including work to secure $12.5 million for improving infrastructure at the Port of Windsor
- Advised on organizational cost savings and asset management
Beyond his work in North America, Nick supported the implementation of the first electric transit bus in Lima, Peru for the Global Sustainable Electricity Partnership, a CEO-led alliance of global electricity companies.
