I’m a licensed professional engineer in three US states that specializes in strengthening freight networks and operations nationwide through strategic planning, economic analyses, and data analytics.

With my background in civil and transportation engineering, I bring a strong practical and theoretical understanding of how freight systems work. However, my true passion lies in applying that knowledge to develop sustainable and resilient infrastructure solutions.

Since joining CPCS, I’ve led multifaceted freight analyses nationwide, collaborating with public agencies and infrastructure owners to craft sustainability action plans, spearhead decarbonization initiatives, and enhance economic growth. My expertise extends to advising on transportation policy and regulatory needs, and I excel at integrating emerging technologies and community considerations into freight system planning.
