I focus on transport projects and lead CPCS’s presence in Central Asia.

I have more than 20 years of experience in trade facilitation, transport corridors, and logistics. I’ve held the position of Transport Corridors Lead at DAI Global and have also worked as a National Consultant at the International Trade Centre, the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe, and the U.S. Department of Commerce for its Commercial Law Development Program.

I have extensive experience working in Kazakhstan and all others Central Asian countries, including Türkiye, Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Afghanistan.

I speak Kazakh, Russian, and English.
