I advise public and private sector clients on the design, implementation, financing, and transaction of complex infrastructure projects, primarily in the energy and transportation sectors. I have also worked in the information technology space.

My expertise covers:

My CPCS project highlights include:

  • Developing an economic model focusing on tariff revenues for the implementation of an infrastructure fund.

  • Implementing pre-feasibility and investment assessments of cutting-edge inter-country infrastructure connectivity projects across Central Asia.

  • Conducting a regional trade barrier assessment study across the Horn of Africa.

Before joining CPCS, I worked as a financial analyst for an IT consulting firm. I’ve also worked for the Canadian Federal government.

I speak English, French and Russian fluently, with basic proficiency in Spanish.
