Junior Consultant, Growth and Operations
Alex is a junior infrastructure management consultant. He supports business development and project activities across CPCS’s areas of expertise and markets.
Alex has a deep interest in public-private partnerships, energy sector reform and in the history of international development. He’s currently working on becoming a Chartered Financial Analyst and pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on financial management.
Prior to CPCS, he’s worked for an information technology consulting firm as a financial analyst, as a data analyst at Global Affairs Canada and led a study on renewable energy trade flows with Natural Resources Canada while in school.
He speaks fluently in English, French and Russian, and has basic proficiency in Spanish.

- Spent six months studying abroad in Singapore and backpacked throughout Southeast Asia
- Organized Canada’s largest student-led entrepreneurship conference during his undergraduate studies
- Enjoys skiing and watching the Toronto Raptors, his favorite basketball team
