I lead multidisciplinary teams in executing a range of engineering projects encompassing roads, transport planning, rail and transit, and digital advisory.
I help organizations build, improve, or transform their internal organizational processes to achieve the following international standards: The Building Information Modelling (BIM) Kitemark certification from the British Standards Institution (BSI), and the Standard 19650 from the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). I’m experienced in managing a common data environment (CDE) throughout projects to ensure compliance with the BIM Execution Plan (naming convention, workflows, zoning strategy, etc.)
