Barthélemy Littot
Associate Vice President, Transaction Advisory
I’m a Paris Bar-qualified lawyer specialized in the structuring, development and negotiation of infrastructure projects.
I have more than 12 years of experience representing international financial institutions, donors and governments in structuring and procuring PPP projects in emerging markets. I also assist sponsors with the drafting and negotiations of project, finance and corporate documentation. I enjoy participating in capacity building seminars for clients and have drafted infrastructure and PPP laws.
My sectors of focus are energy (solar, hydro, distributed, thermal), water (treatment, distribution, production, desalination, irrigation), transportation (ports, airports, roadways, railways), and mining. My work has spanned Sub-Saharan Africa, Middle East and North Africa, the Caribbean, and Central Asia.
Prior to joining CPCS, I worked for the business law firm Gide in its Projects (Infrastructure and Finance) Team in Paris and in New York.
I speak fluently in both French and English.
