Christian Éléazard

A legal expert and an international development specialist, Christian has significant experience in undertaking legal and institutional research and analysis.
At CPCS, Christian works on rail and port PPP projects with a strong legal component, such as the design and implementation of a legal and regulatory framework for Guinea’s mining ancillary infrastructures.
Before joining CPCS, Christian worked for the Senegalese Human Rights Organization, where he carried out various social and legal analysis and helped manage a legal clinic. During his tenure, Christian played a key role in procurement activities.
