Hilda has 8 years of experience in the international business and development space.
Since joining CPCS, Hilda has been involved in business development, project coordination and analysis work across multiple sectors. She served as project coordinator on the harmonization of regulatory and technical frameworks and synthesized renewable and energy efficiency strategies in the Eastern Africa, Southern Africa and Indian Ocean (EA-SA-IO) Region. She is currently a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Analyst supporting the first phase of an important PPP Program in Ghana, Africa.
Prior to joining CPCS, Hilda interned at the Commonwealth Secretariat, where she carried out research on pension industry investment in private equity within select African countries.
