I advise public and private sector clients on the design, implementation, and financing of complex infrastructure projects, primarily in the energy and transportation sectors.

My work lies at the intersection of engineering, economic and financial modeling, and public policy.

Before joining CPCS, I worked at Électricité de France (EDF), Egis, and within the French Ministry of Industry and Energy. Across these roles, I contributed to strategic programs such as:

  • the construction of 14 new generation nuclear power plants (EPR2)

  • the design of new Suffren-class nuclear-powered attack submarines

  • the development of public policies for industrial decarbonization

  • the implementation of the future metro Line 16 of the Grand Paris Express.
