Ismaël specializes in regulating network industries (electricity, water, transport, and telecommunication) and public-private partnerships.
Ismaël was the local coordinator of the “PPP Portfolio Development and Support for the Institutional Framework in Burkina Faso,” sponsored by the World Bank.
Ismaël has excellent capability in macroeconomic analysis, planning and project management, as well as sound knowledge on themes such as gender and environment. He is familiar with West African institutions, including the main project funders like the World Bank, the African Development Bank and the French Development Agency.
