I deliver strategic advisory services across the US transportation sector.

My background is in public policy research, analysis, and stakeholder engagement. I’m particularly interested in how nearshoring intersects with transportation infrastructure, supply chain resilience, and the environmental and social issues impacting the transportation sector.

Before joining CPCS, I worked as an analyst at the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). Prior to that, I was a policy research intern at the investment research and advisory firm ACG Analytics, where I conducted policy research and analysis on infrastructure and U.S. transportation developments.

I speak English and Spanish.
