Lisette Shyamba Gaju

I coordinate stakeholders, strengthen project governance, and provide insights to support the delivery of major infrastructure projects.
At CPCS, I work closely with the Government of Guinea as part of the Simandou Project Management Office, ensuring compliance of contractual commitments by all partners.
As an environmental specialist, I’ve led environmental assessments for numerous projects. I’ve developed and implemented key environmental planning and management tools, primarily within the built infrastructure sector and have contributed to major urban planning initiatives in Rwanda and Burundi.
Before joining CPCS, I was a Contract Administrator and Project Engineer with WSP, working on a transmission line project in East Africa. Earlier in my career, I worked 7 years as a civil engineer for an architect firm in Rwanda.

- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, National University of Rwanda, Rwanda
Fun facts:
- Love kayaking and hiking and would love to take deep diving classes
- Would be an artist in another life
- Have almost 10 siblings
