Love’s professional career kicked off with full-time legal practice, where she provided solutions in entertainment and intellectual property law to clients around the world. She now channels her expertise in legal research and providing solutions in her role at CPCS.
As a Business Analyst, Love provides in-country support and performs regional business development and project execution tasks. She has experience in PPPs and providing support in power/transport sector advisory.
With PPPs, Love has served as project coordinator on two important PPP mandates in Nigeria – Development of PPP Guidelines as it relates to Fiscal Commitment and Contingent Liability (FCCL) and Viability Gap Funding (VGF) for the Federal Ministry of Finance (Budget & National Planning), and Feasibility Study for the development of a Special Economic Zone in Ekiti State. Love has also participated in legal and regulatory framework reviews, and PPP transaction advisory where she has delivered PPP Evaluation workshops and conducted multiple bid evaluations.
Love has also supported the Blue Line & Four Lines project of LAMATA in Lagos, Nigeria, the Benin Port and Bakassi Deep Seaport projects. She is currently part of the team of consultants developing a financial model for the power sector in Angola.
