I advise sponsors, international financial institutions, and public entities on the structuring and implementation of projects, particularly in the energy, transport, and natural resources sectors.
I’m involved across the full project lifecycle, including legal due diligence, regulatory and institutional framework analysis, tender preparation, and the negotiation of key project agreements. I’ve worked on projects across Africa, Europe, and the Caribbean.
