CPCS: Better infrastructure solutions. Better lives.

I help governments and investors develop infrastructure that supports industrialization, trade and economic growth. I work with ministers, project sponsors, development finance institutions, banks and companies to move priority projects forward.

I build partnerships and develop new business for CPCS across emerging markets, in transport, energy, mining and PPPs.

I work in English and French.

I’m a civil engineer by training, with more than 15 years of experience in about 30 African countries. My work covers ports, railways, trade corridors, special economic zones and industrial value chains, from project preparation to transaction advisory. At CPCS, I’ve led work across Africa. I also served as Head of Export Development at Afreximbank, where I led project development on strategic initiatives in industrial value chains, special economic zones and healthcare. Previously, I worked as a transport consultant at the World Bank. I also bring experience in private equity and impact investing.

Projects I’ve worked on:

• Simandou, Guinea: I led CPCS’s advisory work for the Government of Guinea on the co-development of the railway and port infrastructure for this US$20 billion project (650 km of railway, a port with 120 million tonnes of capacity). I then supported the project management office (PMO) during the execution phase.

• Senegal’s national port strategy: In an Enabel-supported assignment, I led the strategy development, set investment priorities, carried out the economic and financial analysis, and shaped the sector’s institutional framework.

• Cotonou-Niamey corridor, Benin: I supported MCA-Benin Regional on reforms to cut freight transport costs and improve customs operations and trade facilitation, under the US$504 million MCC Benin-Niger compact.
