I focus on enhancing operational efficiency, leading systems integration, and aligning operational, commercial, and IT stakeholders to deliver practical, data-driven solutions.
Before joining CPCS, I worked at Port of NEOM and APM Terminals Tangier, where I contributed to port operations transformation, supported the successful go-live of Port of NEOM, and founded the Customer Solutions Department, implementing service frameworks from the ground up.
