I bring a practical, delivery-focused perspective to projects, combining technical understanding with strong coordination, stakeholder engagement, and operational oversight.

I’m a senior project manager with a background in economic development, trade, and infrastructure advisory work. Over the past decade, I’ve worked with international development agencies and consulting firms to support trade policy reform, logistics and supply chain initiatives, and complex, multi-country programs.

Before re-joining CPCS, I held senior project and operations management roles at International Development Group (IDG) and Tetra Tech, where I managed multidisciplinary teams and portfolios funded by bilateral and multilateral donors including the US Agency for International Development (USAID), Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), World Bank, and more.

I’ve managed freight and logistics analyses and infrastructure-related studies, as well as project operations and delivery across Latin America, Eastern Europe, Africa, and Southeast Asia.
