At CPCS, I provide management and infrastructure consulting services to both public and private sector clients.

Prior to joining CPCS, I worked at the Port Authority of Kribi in Cameroon, where I prepared feasibility studies and business plans, developed complex financial models, and monitored the execution of large-scale infrastructure projects in the form of public-private partnerships (PPP or P3). Among the projects I contributed to for the Port:

  • Development of an integrated industrial zone in the Port of Kribi: Conducted the feasibility study and interacted (or participated in negotiations) with international financial institutions such as the World Bank and the African Development Bank for capital raising.
  • Development of the Port’s container terminal: Reviewed the financial model to help restore the economic and financial balance of the concession agreement.
  • Phase 2 construction of the Port: Monitored the implementation of financing agreements.
