I’m an economist with 15 years of experience in economics and financial policy consulting. My work sits at the intersection of economics, finance and public policy, focusing on energy networks, decarbonization and infrastructure finance.
Before joining CPCS, I’ve worked at CEPA, and more recently as an independent consultant. Over my career, I’ve advised regulators, governments, private investors and international organizations, working on more than 70 projects across 14 countries.
I speak fluent Spanish and I’m learning Portuguese.
