I contribute to the implementation of projects across the transport and energy sectors, using my expertise in policy analysis, strategic planning, organizational reviews, and capacity building.
I manage the execution of contracts by planning, organizing, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring stakeholder engagement and the delivery of strategic action plans.
I also oversee contractual relationships with clients, partners, and subcontractors while monitoring project indicators to deliver projects on time and on budget. I support CPCS’s Francophone Africa Division by providing lead information, managing proposal preparation, and drafting bids and expressions of interest.
