I apply quantitative research tools to inform infrastructure planning and investment across US international projects. My work spans emerging markets across Asia and Africa, as well as the U.S. domestic market.

I’m an infrastructure economist with 12+ of experience advising governments, Development Finance Institutions (DFIs) and private sector clients on infrastructure investment, PPP structuring, economic development and private sector growth, particularly in emerging markets.

My expertise includes:

  • Regional economics and spatial analysis

Before joining CPCS, I led economic and financial analysis and worked with multidisciplinary teams on feasibility studies and investment planning at boutique consulting firms Triple Line Consulting (UK) and Athena Infonomics in India. I advised organizations including the World Bank Group, Agence Française de Développement, GIZ and FCDO. My work covered transport corridors and logistics infrastructure, special economic zones, renewable energy and municipal infrastructure.

I’ve also worked directly with TradeMark Africa to design its trade and logistics cluster programs across Eastern Africa and with the Asian Development Bank on approaches to catalyze private investment in infrastructure. I complement this international infrastructure experience with quantitative research skills in econometrics, forecasting and machine learning.
