Janelle Filion-Simard
HR Business Partner, Talent Management
As CPCS’s HR Business Partner, Janelle’s focus is enabling the Talent Management team to deliver HR services and programs for a global workforce.
Janelle is fluent in both English and French and has more than six years of experience in HR, including in the areas of recruitment, employee training and employee relations.
Prior to joining CPCS, Janelle was an HR Generalist at Brookfield Renewable, where she supported the Business Services Group and the Corporate teams. Before that, she worked as an HR Advisor at the Children’s Aid Society Ottawa branch and was in charge of recruitment.

Bachelor’s degree, Communications; Minor in Psychology, University of Ottawa
